1. About Apexcare Medical

Apexcare Medical ("Apexcare", "we", "us", or "our") is a licensed supplier of medical supplies and devices operating in the United Arab Emirates. Our online store is available at apexcaremedical.com.

All products sold through this platform comply with the requirements of the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and the relevant health authorities including the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) where applicable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under UAE law. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation or healthcare facility, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Medical Device Disclaimer

Medical devices sold by Apexcare are registered with and/or approved by the UAE MOHAP or the relevant Emirates health authority. Product descriptions, specifications, and indications are provided by the manufacturer and reproduced in good faith. We do not make independent clinical claims.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 4 of 1983 (Pharmacy and Medications Law) and the UAE Medical Devices Regulation, certain products may only be supplied to licensed healthcare facilities or upon presentation of valid documentation. We reserve the right to request proof of licensure before fulfilling any order.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ in appearance.
• Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5% where applicable, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.

5. Ordering and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Consumer disputes may also be referred to the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department or the relevant Emirate consumer protection authority.
