1. Delivery Coverage
Apexcare Medical currently delivers to all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates:
We do not currently ship internationally. For institutional or bulk orders requiring delivery outside the UAE, please contact us directly.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery
2–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days. Our team will contact you if additional time is required.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. UAE public holidays are observed as per the official UAE government calendar.
4. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our team verifies stock and prepares your order within 1 business day. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been handed to the courier.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
5. Special Handling for Medical Products
All medical supplies and devices are packed with care to maintain product integrity and comply with UAE MOHAP transport and storage guidelines:
- Sterile products are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging
- Fragile medical equipment is packed with appropriate protective materials
- Temperature-sensitive products (if applicable) are transported under appropriate cold-chain conditions and labelled accordingly
- All shipments include a packing slip and, where required, a VAT invoice
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking link from our courier partner. You can also check your order status by logging into your Apexcare account or contacting our support team with your order number.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., recipient not available, address not found), our courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification card. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. A re-delivery fee may apply. If re-shipment is not requested within 14 days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please do not use the product. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@apexcaremedical.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
