Mepitel 5 x 7.5 cm is a sterile, transparent, non-absorbent wound contact layer . It is widely used to treat acute and chronic wounds while protecting fragile skin.

Safetac® Technology: The soft silicone coating prevents the dressing from sticking directly to the moist wound bed. This drastically minimizes pain and secondary tissue trauma during dressing changes.

Open Mesh Structure: The perforated design allows fluid and wound exudate to pass freely upward into an outer, secondary absorbent pad, preventing the accumulation of fluids.

Long-Term Wear: It can be left in place undisturbed for up to 14 days. You can change the secondary absorbent dressing as often as needed without removing the Mepitel layer itself.
